Château Carbonnieux Blanc er en sprød og elegant hvidvin og en skarp demonstrering af, at der drikkes alt for lidt hvid Bordeaux! 

Château Carbonnieux er et historisk vinslot beliggende i Pessac-Léognan, som frembringer røde såvel som hvide kvalitetsvine fra slottets ca. 50 ha grusholdige, veldrænende vinmarker. 

Vinmarkerne drives ud fra økologiske principper med høst via håndkraft og hele 3 x selektering af druerne.

93 point: Decanter (Jane Anson):
One of the benchmark wines for white Pessacs, and it has succeeded here. Plenty of curling aromatics out of the glass, a lovely grip and bounce. Good stuff. A yield of 47hl/ha. 25% new oak.

93-95 point: Wine Enthusiast (Roger Voss):
Crisp and tight with fine citrus flavors, the wine is beautifully proportioned with textured, zesty acidity. It shows balance between its structure and its fruits that will only get better as it matures.
